DISTRIBUTION AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Pharmacare’s core service is the distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetics products from hundreds of manufacturers and suppliers to pharmacies and hospitals nationwide. We deftly manage logistics, inventory and delivery operations to ensure customers’ satisfaction and peace of mind. Through research-based forecasting and careful assessment of future needs, Ibnsina Pharma guarantees availability of all products not facing a market shortage. When we can’t resolve customers’ concerns about product shortages, we bear the costs of stocking and storage.
Our fast and efficient delivery fleet serves our customers through an average of 700 delivery rounds each day. All vehicles are GPS-equipped to ensure the security of our products and allow for careful tracking of all shipments. We also have a fleet of alternative distribution vehicles such as motorcycles and bicycles on hand to facilitate speedy delivery of smaller orders.

ORDER TAKING AND DELIVERY

Pharmacare’s we rely on our team’s market expertise and rigorous ongoing research to identify and meet customer needs. All of our branches are open 15 hours a day and operate two shifts to provide customers with increased access to our team and ensure rapid response to all inquiries.
In addition to the frequent pharmacy visits made by our outdoor sales team, Ibnsina Pharma has pioneered the use of a telesales order-taking model in our industry. Our 600 professional and highly trained telesales representatives make over 42,000 outgoing calls every day to take orders, provide consultations and share important information. Their foremost goals are to provide excellent service and increase customers’ profits.
Customers also have the option to place orders by calling our hotline or contacting branch representatives and managers directly. By coordinating monthly and daily orders simultaneously, Ibnsina Pharma guarantees that all customers receive their orders swiftly over an average of 3-4 delivery visits per day.

WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS

Pharmacare’s extensive experience as a pharmaceutical distributor allows us to manage the responsibility of warehousing and logistics for our suppliers to help them achieve their productivity goals. Our suppliers can confidently focus their time and energy on their core business, trusting us to handle storage and distribution.
With access to our state-of-the-art warehouses, our suppliers never have to worry about overproducing and exceeding their storage capacity. What is more, suppliers only pay for the products they actually store rather than the warehouse itself.
All of our temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouses are equipped with fire safety and pest control systems as well as 24-hour security surveillance. In addition to meeting our temperature-controlled supply chain standards, our warehouses and delivery fleet also comply with good storage practices (GSP) and good distribution practices (GDP) established by the World Health Organization.

LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES

All commercial transport trucks of the company are air-conditioned and are cleaned up to ensure the safety of the products. The products are then packaged and stored during transport operations to avoid refraction or spills. All trucks were equipped with GPS tracking devices to track shipments and ensure the safety of the truck fleet during transport operations.
